Katherine leads client communication, reporting, scheduling, and coordination. Joel contributes practical property knowledge and field support. Together, we bring organized follow-through to the details that are difficult to manage from a distance.
Our role is straightforward: observe carefully, communicate clearly, act only with authorization, and help make sure the next step actually happens.
