Each scheduled visit follows the agreed checklist. We photograph relevant areas, record observations, and identify anything that deserves attention.
4. You receive a clear report
We tell you what we observed, what appears normal, what changed, and whether any next step is recommended.
5. We help close the loop
When authorized, we provide access, coordinate the appropriate local provider, document the visit, and confirm that the requested work occurred.
